My iphone 6 will not backup to the cloud automatically or sync with itunes to back up. it is plugged in, connected to wifi.
iPhone 6, iOS 8.4
1. turn backups off
restart phone
turn back on
try again
2. reset network settings and try again
3. delete your old backup and then try again
check settings>icloud>storage>manage storage> delete your old backup
