When I want to use the 3D "peek and pop" feature the picture, email and message app dont work. The rest Shazam, phone, Safari, camera, etc work. I reseted and rebooted my phone more than 3 times but nothing. what to do?
I'm assuming you have a 6S or a 6S plus. Here's an article on how to use 3D touch; perhaps this will help.
I finally figured out how to get mine to work. (That link didn't do anything for me)
Here is what you need to do,
Settings>general> accessibility> 3D touch> turn your sensitivity down to light and test it on the picture that is shown below!
It worked for me finally!
Unsuccessful. I think is my device. I'll take it back to the store. It doesn't make any sense that the rest of the apps work perfectly and the picture, message and email won'tz
