Hello,
I couldn't effectively use the downloaded Parallels software for windows for mac for a streaming app that runs only on windows. Assistance and info needed asap.
MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), iOS 7.1.1
Assistance needed for what? All you said is that you "could't effectively use the downloaded paralells software."
What on Earth does that mean?
What response did you get when you posted on the Parallels forums since it's their software you're having issues with...these forums are for troubleshooting Apple products.

Are you aware that Parallels (or VMware Fusion, or VirtualBox) allow you to install Windows on a Mac but you have to supply Windows yourself? Parallels and the others don't come with Windows built in. You might look into CrossOver to see if it supports the streaming app you want to use.
