Will the Move to IOS app work for my samsung note 3?

whenever I try to connect my devices to transfer my files, they wont connect. My android disables my wifi.

Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


The only necessary requirement on your Android device is that it's running Android version 4.0 or later and is able to obtain the "Move to iOS" app from the Google Play store or from the Apple website linked above.
