I'm having issues purchasing gems on clash of clans, I get an error message that says that my purchase failed and directs me to a link that takes me no where? Has anyone had issues like this? I'm no getting any help from apple support!

Check Restrictions on your iPhone.
Tap Settings > General > Restrictions
Also, In-App purchases such as the Clash of Clans requires having a credit or debit card on file as your payment method.
Thank you for replying, i double checked that and it's still not working, I can buy anything with my account so it's not an issue with my card. This came up ever since iOS 9, before that I never had an issue. It's only with that app.
Why can't I make a purchase within a specific app?
