When in the US get error msg 2114 when texting to some android phones in the US, and get error msg 2127 when texting to some android phones in the UK. I have a iPhone 6 and had already gone through the process of resetting the phone to new iPhone status.

Where are you seeing these error messages? In text you receive after sending the text?
Yes it comes right back in a text and the message is not delivered.. Texting to iPhone's works fine anywhere.
That is an error message from your cell carrier or the carrier it went to, it has nothing to do with the iPhone. Have your carrier check the provisioning on your phone.
Have done that with Sprint here in the US and Vodafone in the UK, both have not been able to correct.Phone is unlocked and use it in the UK.
Those are SMS error messages and have to come from a cell carrier, either yours or the recipient. They are not iPhone error messages so there is nothing that can be done by Apple. Was your cell carrier able to explain what those error messages mean?
I have a quick question:
Is it possible that these folks who cannot receive your messages had iPhones at one time? Might they have to de-register their iMessage account?

That would result in a blue bubble message and a non-delivery message blow the bubble from the iPhone, not an error code in return SMS.

I did not think standard SMS yielded a "non-delivered" indication. But your response certainly clarifies what's happening.
According to Google, error 2114 and 2127 are Sprint error code messages. The solution I found was to make sure in the contacts for the people you are text you have included 1+ in the phone number for local people.
For the 2127 error the Sprint community says that error message is an invalid number which can mean you are trying to text a phone number that cannot receive an SMS such as a land line. If you think the phone should be able to work they suggest erasing the number in the contact and re-entering it.
Can't believe Sprint did not know their own error messages.
I have erased problem numbers and reentered them, still with the error message. The 2114 message came from a brand new contact that I had entered his 10 digit number. Calling the number works fine.It is a cell and classified as such.
On the one with the 2114 error did you enter 1+ at the front of the 10 digit number?

Local in the UK or local in the US? If it is the US try 1+XXX-XXX-XXXX. If that doesn't work try +1+XXX-XXX-XXXX. For UK try +44+XXX-XXX-XXXX
