iPhone will not sync photos in El Capitan. Says photos not ready.

I can't get any of my albums to sync with my Iphone now that ive upgraded to Photos.

reboot mac with iPhone connected worked for me also, all albums are back in place in the phone ...

Restarting with iPhone connected did not fix this problem for me alas.
