Unable to update to 10.1 even when owning it.

I'm attempting to update to Garageband 10.1 from 6.5, but every time I go to the app store to update there is none... It came with the mac, so I don't see why it shouldn't be able to update. Any help?

MacBook Air (11-inch Mid 2012), OS X El Capitan (10.11)
