After updating my iMac to OS X El Capitan I no longer can use the Safari function of "mail this web page."

the solution you sent works fine until I restart my iMac. After the restart the same issue re-occurs and the same solution fixes the problem. Ideally, I would like not having to do the recommended fix in the Terminal each time the iMac is restarted. Is there a reasonable work around that you are aware of?
