Oct 2, 2015 3:56 AM in response to mromskogby mromskog,To be clear . . .every other device I have tested the site on is fine and everyone I've had check can see the images in all browsers including safari. I am the only person with no images on either my iMac or macbook. This makes no sense to me and this is the only website this is happening on. All other sites I visit seem to be fine. Because I manage the site where images are missing I know they are missing.

Oct 2, 2015 5:34 AM in response to mromskogby Carolyn Samit,The images are rendering fine on Safari 9 here ...
From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Privacy tab then click: Remove All Website Data
Quit then relaunch Safari then try that website.

Oct 2, 2015 5:41 AM in response to Carolyn Samitby mromskog,Done . . . should have mentioned that earlier. But I did it again with no change. This is so frustrating and odd. I do not get it. I do not understand why my two computers seem to be the only computers with this problem.

Oct 2, 2015 6:01 AM in response to mromskogby BBhGeorge 3,it is a problem with your wordpress theme and not Safari:
log into your Wordpress site; go to Theme Options / General and add following to your Custom CSS:
html:not(.mobile-true) #main img:not(.animate-element, .ls-s-1),
html:not(.mobile-true) #header img,
html:not(.mobile-true) #bottom-bar img {
opacity: 1 !important;
}

Oct 2, 2015 12:10 PM in response to BBhGeorge 3by mromskog,Why would this be the case and only on my two computers and no one else is having this problem? If it's a problem with my theme then wouldn't everyone be having the same issues I am across browsers?

Oct 2, 2015 12:21 PM in response to Eric Rootby mromskog,I tried all of your suggestions and nothing has made any difference. Deleting the files suggested in the library yields no change. Both steps you suggested resulted in nothing changing for me.

Feb 3, 2016 2:00 PM in response to BBhGeorge 3by DDYG,Hello! Thank you so much! The same problem described in this thread happened to me and for months I did not know what to do. Today I came across your solution and it worked immediately. I am so grateful, especially because I imagine several potential customer of mine who use Safari as their browser probably could not see the images that were missing either. Since it is a Wordpress problem and not Safari, it clearly needed to be corrected within Wordpress. I added the CSS you provided and it fixed it right away. I wonder what happened to Wordpress to cause this and subsequently require the CSS code you provided? It was working fine since I created the site on Wordpress last year. I'm curious to know how you came across the issue and figured out what CSS code was required?
Thank the Universe for people like you!
