Since installing EL CAPITAN send by email is missing from the Safari and Photos send menu. Is there a way to correct this?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
From your post I understand you're not seeing all of the share options when trying to share a file using Safari and Photos. In order to get this issue resolved please follow the steps in the link below. Once you complete all of the steps, please restart your computer to make sure it takes effect. Also please note that even though the article states it is for Yosemite, the same steps apply to El Capitan.
