After recent update 9.0.2 3rd party apps won't run on wifi (I have iPad mini 2 ) so all I have is wifi and that is working fine with browsers but not on apps. Secondly, apps aren't updating as well. Please help.

Turn your device off and back on. If this doesn't help, sign out from your account and sign back in.
Reset your network settings.

Also, you can try resetting your settings.
