since I put the update iOS 9.0.2 , I can no longer call ( network failure) but I receive calls , I had the same problem in IOS 9.0.1 , but it n did not last

Have you tried turning your phone off and then on again? One of my friends had this problem and they just turned their device off and on, which seemed to work for them.

I have the same issue. IOS 9.0.2 has completely disabled the functionality of my phone. Home button works once after power off/on. Siri is constantly running on phone.
You should immediately remove your personal information from your
post as this is NOT a direct access to Apple, only other users.
The information could be grabbed for all manor of bad or just annoying
purposes!!!!
