Oct 2, 2015 1:18 AMby seventy one,The right forum would have been 'Using Apple Support Communities' ... but I mention that by the by. It's no great problem. I would say it is 99.99% a scam. Apple do not send you conventional emails, nor follow up with some pseudo formatted version of the same message. And they never address you other than by the name they know you as.
Once you've followed thunderzzz's report phishing suggestion, delete them both.
