Q: how to delete all photos and videos from my iphone 6 plus

I have numerous copies of photos and videos on my iPhone 6 plus, and only some albums will let you delete ANY of the photos or videos. I need to delete them all and start fresh with a new sync of the photos I want. Please if anyone knows how to help I'd appreciate it greatly!! Brad
