Setting up new iPhone 6s following iCloud restore

I'm seeking more specific information. Foe example I've been able to get the iphone6s to update/restore over the iCloud, however I now have many apps just showing as "Waiting" and I have no idea if they are down loading or not or if I need to do some thing different?

Hi! Make sure your Internet connection is fine. Downloading apps usually takes some time.

If this doesn't seem to help, try the steps below.

Restart your device.
Sign out and back in to your account.
Try to reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on it.

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
Press and hold on the Home button
Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings
