Hi
I just updated to os x el captain. Then i discovered that my bootcamp partition is gone/missing.
Filevault was enabled do upgrading. I think it had messed up my bootcamp installation.
Is there any change to boot into windows again or save my data?
any suggestion please?
disk util list shows Microsoft basic data on disk0s4

Please post the output of the following Terminal commands.
diskutil list
diskutil cs list
sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
The "sudo" commands will prompt for your password, and it will not be echoed back. You may also see a warning about improper use of "sudo" and potential data loss due to "abuse" of the command.

The gap between GPT 3 and GPT 4 indicates a missing/lost NTFS header. Can you use Bootcamp fails after Yosemite upgrade (Plz help me Loner!) as a reference, download Testdisk and GPT Fdisk and start a Testdisk scan?
I tried that, no luck either.
i have followed the guide, and enter the testdisk result..
Do you think the data is gone?

Please post the screen shot of Testdisk Quick Search. Without being able to see it, there is no way to determine the next step.

i have press continue,
after that i display something with bad boot sector
Press Enter to Continue. You should see a list of recoverable partitions. Please post a screen shot.

Please back up OS X and Windows for future recovery. Use separate external physical drives, if possible.

Please post the output of
sudo dd if=/dev/rdisk2s2 count=1 2>/dev/null | hexdump -C
This will show the first block of the BC Partition.
