Change saved keychain passwords together with user password

Hi!

I have a problem: We have Mac clients in an AD environment. Every x days the users have to change their password. Is there a way to automatically change also the saved passwords in the user's keychain? Because this user password will also be synced with AD and is used for Outlook, many internal web-interfaces and so on..

The password for the keychain itself changes with the user password, but the saved passwords in the keychain not.

How can I fix this and prevent my users from re-entering the new passwords ten times every x-days?
