a big problem with internet browsing, with all my devices

It has been two days that when I try to open any page with my mac , (most of them) , Im redirected to a phishing site or something, it doesn't matter which browser I use.I have the same problem with my iphone as well. There shouldnt be anything wrong with the ISP, since I've tried it with some other internet connections as well. I've deleted all of the cookies and browsing data, but it didnt solve anything.
