Logitech Trackpad will NOT scroll or Tap Click since El Capitan upgrade

Upgraded my Mac Mini yesterday, and since then the Logitech Rechargeable Bluetooth Trackpad I have been using is barely functioning. 1 Tap Click is disabled as is the ability to scroll. Haven't been able to find any info on-line so far, anyone else having similar issues? Logitech Bluetooth Keyboard seems to be working okay.
