Save for Web .mov files

I am not an experienced video producer and probably way behind the times here.

My QT Player 7 app Export for Web option has that nice feature of making three versions in one pass for phones, desktops, etc. but most Windows computers seem incapable of viewing .mov files on a website. The QT 7 app also provides that helpful page of HTML/script formatting.

Is there an alternative program which offers these QT features? Handbrake does a nice job of converting to .mp4 files but as far as I can tell you have to make three separate conversions to accomplish what QT 7 does in one pass and it certainly doesn't offer the useful HTML/script formatting.
