Change 6s plus Dock icons

Is there any way to change the dock icons on the 6s plus? I'd like to remove Safari form there and put Messages down there, but it doesn't seem like I can. I have a 5c that I use for work with 9.0.2 and it can move them all around. Am I missing something here or has Apple removed that as an option for the 6s/6s plus devices?

With 3D Touch on the 6s you need to touch lightly to get the apps into "jiggly" mode. See the following: http://www.imore.com/how-move-or-delete-apps-3d-touch-world-iphone-6s

Thank you very much! I got them to jiggle, but it was the issue of getting them to move and get out of the way. lol Apparently I was giving it too much finger. 😉
