Q: I can't backup my iphone since update to ios9

Anyone help please. Since I updated to ios 9, I can't backup my phone using icloud. Kept saying your back up can't completed. I had read and followed all info what people had posted but still no luck. Please can someone help me s

    First I thought only me has the problem, maybe my phone damage but now it seems the update causing this.

    But some people didnt have any problem at all, my bad luck.

    I had tried few days already, even people mention doing at late nite maybe the traffice more clear on icloud but it's the same.

    Don't want to factory reset, cus need to setup a lot of stuff ):

    Maybe I just leave it like that. And wait to c of anyone had solved this problem or a new update again ):

    I Have the same problem since the last update. Just realized that its been 3 weeks and i cant do backup manually either. Tried everything but i guess we all just have to waot till they fix it. Fyi, i pay for extra storage!!

    Hi, I had the same problem since the new update, only can backup thru Itunes. Even did try all what people had mention but no luck. I didn't want to restore my phone cus need to do a lot setting.

    Finally last nite I did a restore on my phone and backup thru Itunes and now the Icloud seems to work. Hope it won't stuck again.

    Due to restore I had lost few old apps ):

    You may want to try this way, I don't c the new update 9.1 did correct the Icloud backup because I did try it ):

    I'm having the same problem...with both my iPhone and iPad.  Started immediately after upgrading to iOS 9.  I have PLENTY of iCloud storage, as I pay the .99/month for extra.  I have only been able to backup to iTunes.  My iCloud information shows that my iPhone has never been backed up....although it has.  I can't even enable iCloud backup in settings...get error "iCloud Backup Failed.  There was a problem enabling iCloud Backup".  Would love to hear any solutions to these issues.

    Hi, I had exactly the same. The only way is reset and erase all from the phone n back up from itunes. It work for me. I don't know when they auto back up on icloud. But I did erase all and after resetting and tried back up on  icloud and it works. So far it's still on the last back up yesterday 1:45am.

    For me that's the only way, I didn't want to reset and erase all but no choice. I had tried all advises cus my phone freeze few times after updated to iOs 9 and the operation kinda annoying me. Only thing I didn't do was calling the apple or go to the store. I guess they will tell me to do a factory restore.

    Maybe you can try it. Finally i get my icloud back up back (:
