Check that both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled on your iPhone and that your iPhone is connected to your watch:
- Settings > Wi-Fi
- Settings > Bluetooth - check that Bluetooth is enabled and that, beneath that, your watch is listed as Connected under My Devices.
On your watch, open the Settings Glance:
- Swipe up on the watch face, swipe left/right to the Settings Glance, check whether Connected or Disconnected - and disable Airplane Mode if it is active.
If your iPhone settings are correct and your watch is not in Airplane Mode, it may help them to reconnect if you restart both your iPhone and your watch, turning both devices off first, then restarting your iPhone before restarting your watch:
- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag the slider to turn off.
- To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
