Medical ID troubleshooting.

I have "show on locked screen" turned on, yet the 'medical id' option isn't even showing on my emergency screen.

I've filled in the pertinent information on create medical id and confirm it is there and has been saved. When I check on emergency screen the medical id label isn't showing on the bottom left. Go back to the health app, my medical id info is missing.
