Ipod touch running IOS 9.0.2 also apple music

Hi, I’m running IOS 9.0.2 on my 5th gen. Ipod touch and I can't transfer any purchases like music, apps etc. to Itunes on my computer from my ipod via the file → devices menu. will there be a fix for this? And also, I was wondering if I can listen to my purchased music on my ipod without a apple music membership when I’m not connected to wi-fi? Thank you.

Apple seems to have stopped allowing you to transfer apps from device to computer. That seems to be due that now apps updates are only portions of the app, not the whole app like before.

You can't sync Apple Music from computer to iPod.

You can sync music from computer to iPod and listen to it without wifi/internet connection.
