Q: Merging photos libraries NOT iPhotos

On my MBA, I have 3 Photos libraries some with photos but a placeholder where the photo once sat, other photos are simply missing thumbnails.  I have went through the repair process(Control+Option Open) and have the libraries as best as I think I can get them.  I would now like to merge these 3 libraries and import another library from a separate Mac that had copies of some of the missing photos. I'd like to merge all of these into one library and then delete redundant photos.  I have a license for Aperture and happy to plop down $ for software that will help me in identifying and deleting redundant photos.

MacBook Air, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

There are three aps that can identify duplicattes in Photos libraries:

These apps are compatible with Photos:

There is not yet an application that can merge Photos libraries, however. Aperture can merge iPhoto libraries, but not Photos libraries.

You could wait with merging, until Fat Cat Software upgrades PowerPhotos to version, that can merge Photos Libraries like there older iPhoto Library manager could for iPhoto Libraries.  The current version of PowerPhotos is already very versatile, but merging is not yet possible.
