iPhone 5 won't show up in iTunes...?

It's been about a week and I have tried everything to try and get my iPhone 5 showing up in iTunes again. I am using Windows 10 and my iTunes is updated to the latest version (12.3). I've reinstalled iTunes 2 times and reset both my laptop and phone and nothing is working. Any ideas?
