PCI\VEN_8086

I loaded windows 8.1 to my Macbook pro; and saw the yellow marks in the device manager for the following components:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C24 PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_8C22&SUBSYS_72708086 SM Bus Controller


Could you please let me know where to find the driver for them?
