Whenever I try to sync, charge, or power on my Ipod classic it shows a white screen saying to go to the apple support page, any help?
I bought my Ipod classic about a year ago,and used it avidly, then stopped for about a month.Now whenever i try to use it or sync it, it shows a white screen saying to contact apple support. it also shows a picture of a Ipod classic with a crashed face.
