Mountain Lion Safari search options

I used Google, Yahoo and Bing search options in Safari in Snow Leopard. Where are they in Mountain Lion?

These options are in Safari Preferences, not System Preferences.

I am specifically referring to the small search field in the upper right of the earlier Safari (Snow Leopard). With that search field, I could shift "on the fly" between the Google, Yahoo and Bing options, without going back to Safari Preferences yo accomplish the switch.

The Reader button apparently takes that space now.
