Error message when trying to submit my podcast

A few minutes ago it was something different.

The current artwork - looks to meet all the specs.

And your feed is valid - please try submitting again.

Hi Robert,

I'm having this problem, too. You helped me last time I submitted a podcast a couple of years ago, but I still seem unable to sort it out. My image size is about 1700 X 1700, it's under 500kb, so I think I'm OK on that.

Any help you can provide will be gratefully accepted.

The image URL given in your 'itunes:image' tag is at

This is 960 x 818 px and thus is not acceptable. You have a 1500 x 1500 px image in your 'media content' tag but iTunes does not read this.

Sorry to ask the same question as everyone else, but I'm getting the same error message. I've been following your threads, but just can't get it.

When you enter the URL of your media file in a browser it downloads instead of playing within the browser as it should. This means that although it works in the iTunes application, the Store can't play it within its own page.

You need to set each file not to download. eiznem has posted the process:

Additionally, a number of people have reported the same problem. It seems probable that there is an issue at the server which is preventing submissions from being accepted. I should leave it until after the weekend and see whether it clears itself up.

It is still just giving me the picture dimension error message. None of my content is set for download. I waited till after the weekend to see, but it's still not going through. I've made my cover art in the same dimensions as it request and I'm still getting the error message.

DanJensen23, your image is too small at 720x720. See attached image. To check your feed, view your feed url in Firefox or Chrome, and look for the <itunes:image> tag. View that file. Update your image and resubmit! Also, iTunes is now using black "Available on iTunes" badges, which you can get here: https://www.apple.com/itunes/marketing-on-itunes/identity-guidelines.html#itunes -badge
