Bank verified card, but the app does not reflect this

Hello,

I went through the setup for adding a debit card, and got to the step of verification.
My bank only has 1 option, which is to call them. After calling, I was told that my card was verified.

My phone, however still says that it needs to be verified, and only gives me the option to call again.
I called again, waited, and verified the card again, but the app still hasn't left the verification stage, though my bank believes it is verified.

Is this a common problem? Is there normally a delay in activation? Is there any way to refresh it, or someone have my phone check again?
