Q: Is this 'free apple apps when you update OS' available only on the US store? Please reply.

Oct 2, 2015 6:42 PMby babowa,This is rather outdated as it is for iOS 8 which is not longer available when iOS 9 was release. Would you qualify (new device purchased after 9/1/13)? However, as I said, I don't believe it would apply any longer.
Find out which apps you get for free from Apple when you upgrade to iOS 8 or
buy a new device with iOS 8. To qualify for these free apps, you need a
device that was activated or purchased on or after September 1, 2013.
I'd stop at an Apple store and ask them.
