Why would there be an IP address (listed instead of a website name) on my Website Data log?

I noticed when I was going through my Website Data list of websites that have stored data on my device (iPhone 5S), that there was in IP address listed where the website name would be. It is not an IP address issued by a home network either. It stored 48 bytes. Does that mean I was hacked? Is there a way to figure out what that IP address belongs to?
