Q: Does re-authorization trash any downloaded content?

I have exceeded my authorized computers limit, which I presumably left on computers I've cycled through over the years.  If I deauthorize all computers to correct this, am I going to lose downloaded content on the few legitimately authorized computers I've been using?  Is there anything I should save before the re-authorization cycle?  Thank you.
