I updated to iOS 9.0.2 this morning and since then, I have not been able to synch. I deleted the Exchange account and recreated it, verification worked, but no mail, contacts, or otherwise will synch.
FYI: I have a Sybase Afraria MDM profile installed.

Is it possible that the Exchange server is offline for maintenance?
NO. the restore finally worked, magically, after 18 hours. And my account worked fine on other devices. There were other problems fixed, such as Apple Music after the restore.
It goes in and out. It didn't work for days after the restore, and then this morning, magically started working despite numerous attempts to fiddle with it. I'm wondering if my IT department updated a patch on ActiveSynch or something like that, but would have no way to know that.
