iPad air 2 iOS 9.02
The newest upgrade reordered my apps and moved them very tight together vertically.
Looks really bad and the app titles sit on the top of the other apps.
What happened and will it be fixed ASAP?

Two things that might help.
A reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons until the Apple logo appear. Release both fingers. Wait until your iPad starts on it's own.
If that doesn't work try settings> general> reset> reset home screen layout.
