os x el capitan doesn't let me open my macbook air

I installed El capitan, and everything was fine. Then, i restarted the computer (macbook air) and the apple symbol appeared but the loading never finished. A circle with a diagonal bar appeared and now I can't log in and can't access to my desktop. Any solution?
