Q: iPhone 6S 128GB Setup?

I am guessing when I get my iPhone 6S 128GB this week it will be like setting up an iPod touch with the iCloud, etc?  Is there anything you all recommend I do to setup my phone?  Thanks! 

 

I am upgrading from an iPhone 5.

MacBook Pro, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), Early 2011 MacBook Pro 15 Inch 2Ghz
