Mail Account Disappeared

Installed El Capitan and main mail account and associated mailboxes have disappeared. 2 other mailboxes are ok. ??

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

Same problem on iMac and new Macbook with el Cap installed.

Happily, all my folders remain visible on iPhone.

Help, please, Apple!
