iPhone 6 battery died really quickly after being at 100 per cent

IiPhone 6 battery died really quickly after being at 100 per cent & phone became very warm . Decided to do a full reset to try and resolve this , now the screen has frozen during this?

iPhone 6, iOS 9.0.2

Hardware issue, most likely. Take it back to place of purchase for analysis.
