Notes has stopped responding - Notes not syncing
I'm having a problem with my Notes after the upgrade to "Notes 2" which came with iOS 9 and El Capitan.
Notes is not synching between my iPad (9.0.2) and my iPhone (9.0.2) as well as my Mac (10.11), the wheel keeps spinning forever.
When I log into iCloud.com and try to open Notes, it gives me the following error message.
