Can´t download Texpad

I bought the App Texpad (Latex Editor) on AppSore but I can't download and install the app. If i want to download the app there is always the Message "There has been an error, use the window "purchases" to try it again". The support from the Developers website sad that this problem is caused by the release of El Capitan.
