Screen orientation problems since iOS 9.0.2 update?

my screen is having problems switching from horizontal to vertical since the last update. This is particularly a problem on my iPad where the battery and wifi indicators that are usually on the top will display on the side and the slide to open iPad will be on the bottom and the time wil display in the center. It is like the iPad is confused. Also it does not always change from portrait to landscape automatically I have turn the iPad back and forth a few times. I also do this with my phone but not as frequently. Anyone else having this problem?

A Restart of my iPad fixed this problem for me. Just turned off and back on. No more orientation switch lag.

Ive been having this exact problem. It's annoying. I'm ready to wipe and clean install. Check this out:

I have restarted and force restarted. No results so far.

i have the same issue now. It started after 9.0.2 was installed. Resetting and shutdown did not resolve the issue.

Same issue since 9.0.2 ...even though they said they were going to fix it. Sigh...so annoying. I should just downgrade back to ios 8..
