Can't access files on my Seagate MyCloud NAS since installing OS 10.11

Can't access files on my Seagate MyCloud NAS since installing OS 10.11. Still works with TimeMachine and can access backups thru TM, but can't access other files on the NAS. The "PersonalCloud" file under "Shared" in Finder has a question mark next to it & when you click on the file it takes you to "Connect As"; when you click on that it says "There was a problem connecting to the server "Personal Cloud". I have another Mac still with Yosemite OS on the network and it does not have this problem. Is there a fix?

MacBook Pro, OS X El Capitan (10.11)

Hello,

I have the same issue.

Seagate PersonalCloud doesn't have a utility use for setup, only you needed to be on the same home network and you could connect using Shared (in Finder) that showed PersonalCloud. With before OS X version, there wasn't problem to connect.

Currently, I have installed SDrive and additionally I have connected directly using the NAS IP (http://knowledge.seagate.com/articles/es/FAQ/005532es?language=en) to avoid that issue.

I hope there is a better solution soon.

Bye,

Christian B
