any sugestion about how to solve bluetooth connection issues with IOS 9.0.2? In iphone 5C?

Same issue happened to me this morning as well. Bluetooth is no longer working on my 5c after updating to 9.0.2.
same here mine stopped working and tried all sorts to get resolved and nowt
The strange thing is others can discover my phone but I'm not able to see any devices.
After the upgrade to 9.0.2 I am no longer able to pair my Garmin Forerunner with my iPhone 5S. This worked fine yesterday, but today after the upgrade the definition is no longer in the phone and the iPhone will not discover my Forerunner. My bluetooth headset is still defined and works. All this and I am trying to decide if I want to upgrade to a 6s, I guess Apple is helping with that decision.
Now my Bluetooth turns on and off randomly for no reason. I guess this an improvement?
