Time Capsule can't be seen after El Capitan installation
My Time Capsule can't be seen after El Capitan installation. Other computer not upgraded can see it. Any thoughts? Time Capsule is new.

Power off the entire network....all devices.....in any order that you want
Wait a minute
Start the modem and let it run a full minute
Start the next device connected to the modem and let it run a full minute
Keep starting devices about a minute apart until the network is back up
Check the network
