I had an Ipad Air and allowed a family member to use it. Now they
are NOT on my plan. But when I try to use the Apple Store my own
Apple ID does not show up..only the other person who is NOT
on my family plan or users now.
iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.5)
Tap on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and log out of it, and then log back in with you account.
If the other person downloaded any apps (or other content) onto the iPad then they will remain tied to their account, so only their account will be able to download updates to those apps

The other person needs to turn off find my iPad
If he,s not with you if he has other Apple devices
He needs to go to find my iPhone list & remove ipad from his list.

The Apple ID of someone who used to be in my family plan, but is now not on it shows up in the login for the apple store. My own Apple ID does NOT show up
