Iphone 6s, Ios 9.02. Carrier 3. No recent calls/missed calls get logged. List just stays empty

Question

Hi, I bough an Iphone 6s, sim free. Carrier 3. I restored phone from back-up.

Since then, recent calls list just stays empty. Despite making and receiving lots of calls.

I've reset phone. Updated to 9.02. Not helped

So far I have tried:

Hard restart phone

Restore iphone + Restore from backup

Reset network settings

These have not helped. It still does not log any calls made/received or missed.
